Took my dog to have a PennHip exam/x-ray series with Dr. Barnsley. He took the time to explain exactly how the PennHip process differed from OFA for hip evaluation. My dog was handled gently and professionally with no adverse results from extension. I plan to use Dr. Barnsley again in the near future. He is knowledgeable and an excellent vet.

I took my cat to Doctor Barnsley's for over 17 years. His staff was extremely friendly, and Doctor Barnsley always spent time with you during the visit to give the best service possible. He had saved my cats life several times and I'm eternally thankful for him for it. I moved several times away from Kennett Square, and I kept going there wherever I moved, no matter how long the drive, because he was the only vet I would ever go to. After 19 years with my cat, he developed lung cancer. Doctor Barnsley was the one who I entrusted with euthanizing my cat. The room they euthanize animals in is a beautiful room, with a black ottoman in the center and a few chairs where you can say goodbye to your companion before they get euthanized on the ottoman, looking out the window at the birds and the sunshine. Doctor Barnsley is amazing and so is his office, and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants only the best care for their animals at an affordable price.

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
