They did not fully explain my pet's condition to me. I left frustrated and confused. I decided to board my pets here and now wish I hadn't. My pet looked absolutely terrible when I picked them up, they had scratches on them and seemed to have lost weight as well. My pets were obviously not well taken care of and I will not be using their boarding facility again. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time.
