I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me, and that was after I waited for at least 15-20 minutes before they acknowledged I was there. This veterinarian is so unfriendly to both me and my pet! I was almost offended at how cold and distant they were What really angered me is they gave my dog shots, and did proceedures without asking me if I wanted them to, or if my dog needed the shots. For example they gave him a rabies shot just 3 days after I took him to a rabies clinic run by them. I had to really argue with them to get them to take the amount for the shot off of the bill. They were going to charge me for it even though I had already gotten the shot for him. I had to go get the reciept for the 1st shot to prove he had already gotten the shot!!!
