The waiting area is small but comfy and there is always a seat available. I rarely use it. I don't wait long. They were sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They're always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I leave feeling stronger, lighter and happier.
