I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything.
This is their motto: "The Compassion Center serves people in our community and surrounding areas who have a need – physical, emotional, relational or spiritual – regardless of their race, religion, or ability to pay. Since 2000." These people are extremely judgmental and act like they can make people feel bad and make their own judgements even if they have never met you. And they call themselves Christians, yeah right. Oh well, God has said, 'Revenge is MINE"
