I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here unless it was something beyond there control Like wqhen he was trapped in Ireland because of the volcano. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited.
