I saw Mr Girard for several years during which I developed much insight ,allowing me to cope during a tumultuous time. However if you are a professional that ever has to answer to a governing board (Medicine , Law ) please be very cautious about any details you give him as these details could haunt you. I now feel like I need therapy for trusting my therapist,
