This man treated my parent, who was an alcoholic and neglected me.

This parent was always unhappy and angry, and took the anger out on me from a very young age. This man would bring me into the office with his client, my parent, and lecture me because I was not helpful enough around the house. He would make me feel deeply ashamed, at age 10 or 11?!

I was too busy hiding in my room, or staying at a friends house to avoid the rages to help around the house. I was not okay.

This man definitely committed malpractice, and there’s something very wrong with him. My parent ended up committing suicide. I wanted to look this person up, and I’m surprised he’s still alive. It was traumatic dealing with him, and he was complicit. He had to have some clue as to what went on in my home. He should be ashamed. I remember that nasty, wood paneled smoke filled office. Awful.

Dr Tannenbaum was extremely helpful while I was going through my divorce, as well as dealing with a teenage daughter. I am now remarried and, looking back, see how he helped me get to my present, happy life.
