Learn to get better control of your thoughts and emotions. Reduce painful emotions like depression, anger and anxiety.

Learn to get past the hurts that others have caused you.
4. Anger Resolution
Learn effective, time tested and easy to learn techniques to better control your anger and channel it to constructive, productive use.

These are 3 hour teaching meetings designed to give clients specific skills to cope with specific issues.

My counselor at Healing Heart Counseling Ctr. was warm and helpful, and helped me determine the cause of my suffering and the solutions quickly. They made sure every single question I had was answered. They are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff is the very friendly & welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Most of all the counseling was Christ centered and Biblically based, which is what made the most difference. I would highly recommend them.
