I received some good counseling from them in 1999. I returned and asked for some counseling in 2008 and was turned down. The counseling I was requesting was for clinical depression. Umpqua Counseling went from very good to about as terrible as anyone could find. It took me over 3 years but I finally cured myself of over 22 years of chronic clinical depression. And I did it with their or anyone else's help.

Oh and that good counselor as well as her husband who worked there left sometime after 1999. Definitely a good choice because they were probably the only people holding the place together. Sure wish I could rate them no stars. Any counseling business that turns down someone really needing help sucks. And yes I had the money to pay for it.
