I've been working with people for over 32 years in finding ways to transcend limitations, creatively deal with obstacles and challenges, and to develop new skills in order to enhance their quality of life. I currently am working exclusively with adults. I have experience with treating depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic health issues, aging, parenting, grief, and relationship issues.

I'm trained in Psychodynamic, Systemic, Interpersonal, and Jungian approaches. I'm also trained in EMDR.

I've had a daily meditation practice for over 45 years, and this informs my work with my clients. I'm able to support and guide my clients in their search to find a place of peace within themselves.
