A nightmare from the get go. When I got there they stated that they could not verify my insurance so I would have to pay up front, but not to worry as they would take care of it then credit my account. After my appointment I decided to go with a provider closer to my home and asked that once my insurance paid to please refund my money instead of credit the account since I would not be back, they said they would. Well my insurance paid the claim in August of 2013, here we are in January of 2014 and after several phone calls only to get the run around they still have not refunded my money. At this point I have contacted my insurance company as this is insurance fraud....if the are going to keep my money the insurance company will take theirs back

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
