From the very first interview with Tom, I felt at ease and very comfortable. He seems to use his own life skills in helping out the client and he integrates that into everyday problem solving.

I believe Tom may be a tremendous help in limited areas. His couples counseling however is not an area that he excels in. While I will not speculate as to his relationship status, I will say that it is my belief that only a counselor who is successful in that area of his own life would be a good source of information in helping a person established good relationship habits. His advice was not realistic and occasionally condescending. In addition, some of his reactions to our personal issues were not appropriate in the sense that it is was obvious that he had a personal opinion about the subject at hand especially in regard to the subject of female emotions.
