Kathleen paid attention to me except when she was looking at her cell phone, and my appointment was short. No staff was at all, I didn't feel welcome there because it was in a house not a real office. I feel like my appointment was pointless, it felt like Kathleen was annoyed by me and nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding the office, because it was a house instead of a office.

I was confident that the practice was using the latest treatment methods. Not only was she able to provide everything promised me, she went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time, since no overwhelming smells are in the office (i.e. obnoxious cologne, heavy air freshner).
