I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
