Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
She seemed completely uninterested in my problems and I often felt as though she weren't even listening.
The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
This person has no business in any helping profession. She did more harm than good and when I was later unable to pay my whole bill, she actually harassed and demeaned me over the phone.
