Mr. Bergman is insightful, kind and has a great approach to difficult problems. I've tried various counselors in the Kent and Akron area, most of them women. Bergman has done a better job than any of them. He doesn't just listen, he understands what you are saying and gives valuable input.

He has never been judgmental or abrasive, instead he's compassionate, solution oriented and clear minded. His counsel has been incredibly valuable and he is excellent at his job. I highly recommend him.
