The therapist, Mrs. Josephburg, has a very high rating. It must be because when she senses distress in her patients, like my boyfriend and I, she drops you like a hot potato. We called and called to try and get appointments with no response other than that she would call back. Her office was not busy the 2 other times we had been there and we had not had very upsetting sessions, a little sadness that you would expect a therapist to help you with, but nothing extreme. She obviously only wants patients without real problems so that she can keep her rate of recovery unrealistically high.
Also on a side note her office was always very smelly. Comically smelly in fact, like it had once been used as a locker room for hockey players. My boyfriend and I joked about who would tell her, but she never called us back so we never got the chance. We seek therapy and are still happy and healthy to this day.
