They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
