They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was a patient of Miss Laura's many years ago and I never forgot her and her kindness to me. She always listened with compassion and even went above and beyond her duties at a, "Spot Festival" in Hampstead NC. I didn't win the festival but she made me a gift I still have to this day. I would like Miss Laura to know I never forgot her and she helped me tremendously. I am a healthy, happy, married woman with a family of my own now. I don't know if she will remember that 19 YEAR old girl named, Theresa, I hope so, But Theresa never has forgotten her! Thank you Miss Laura, Love Theresa DeSotel Swinson

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
