I'm really surprised by the positive reviews and wonder if I caught this practice on a bad day. I was the last appointment on a Friday. I will absolutely never go back. She would grunt in response and write notes after asking me questions that had mostly been answered in my pre-session questionnaire. I made an effort to engage, but the PA could not muster any sort of rapport building and I would not be inclined to share my feelings with her in the future. Certainly not someone I would trust to prescribe medication for my emotional/mental well-being considering she didn't seem to respect or acknowledge any humanity across from her laptop there. I'll have to find someone else if I want psychiatric services.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
