I had to wait weeks to get in and in the meantime my child ran out of any type of medication. The protocol is based on a routine apparently to make money for the center irrespective of whether that routine helps your child or not. They are admittedly in financial trouble but I can see why because they're clueless management wise. Their doctors are incompetent and not current with the literature and so I felt at times that I knew more than them. They put your child on risky medication seemingly for test purposes like a lab rat and ask stupid evaluation questions that even my child thought lacked forethought and was meaningless.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
