Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The front office staff and manager are some of the hardest people I have ever dealt with. They are totally unreasonable, hostile, and although they set reasonable requirements to see the psychiatrist, they make it practically impossible to meet those requirements. They are not helpful or understanding or reasonable and fail to understand how important their jobs are. Their refusal to make contact with the psychiatrist is frustrating and leaves you feeling helpless and desperate because they very easily deny your ability to get medications that affect every aspect of your life and those around you aka-children. They do not seem to understand how serious it is to deny medication and refuse contact with your psychiatrist. Power trip doesn't begin to explain the attitude of each of the front desk personnel and the office manager. I LOVE my psychiatrist! It's unfortunate that the individuals who answer the phone make it not worth continuing to seek treatment there. I have never dealt with people or a situation like this and it shocks me.
