My therapist is amazing, but the receptionist is terrible. Patty, the receptionist, is rude to customers both in the office and on the phone. Elizabeth Steffel, MSW, APSW is the first therapist who has actually been able to help me work through my issues of trauma and anxiety. If the therapy was not going so well I would leave the company because just being around Patty increases my anxiety. I guess, on the plus side, the receptionist is like a free exposure treatment. I do my deep breathing to get past her and into my sessions.
