Very unprofessional business. Questions often go unanswered, very difficult to contact by phone, seemingly no progress even after months to years of counseling, billing NIGHTMARE! No clear plan moving forward. Would definitely not recommend! One of the most frustrating "professional" interactions I've ever had.
