I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. The Counselor who was seeing the patient told them it doesn't matter if you want to talk to me, I still get paid.

The staff at Lake O are attentive and all the clinicians are supportive, experienced and helpful!!
