It was slightly tearing'pulling my tricep on my dominant arm. Did it getting a weet block backhand dink/dig of a slam but somehow just felt that awful pull of a pulled muscle. This caused me to play left handed and not be able to proper my bicep all morning. I decided to just try using my right arm with no movement and just a body turn. Turns out i was right that my elbow/bicep caused a lot of problems, like almost al of em. Made like 95% in, mostly good and deep. With a few aces too. Unbelievable that I literally had to tear a muscle to learn the lesson to not use that muscle. I think my body was just sick of doing serves, so it decided to tweak that muscle to teach me a lesson.
