I did not feel safe at all in their care, knowing that any minute any confidential message I left for my provider on his confidential voice mail would be listened to by the front office to determine whether I owed them money. And if I did, the front office, not the provider, would make a humiliating phone call demanding immediate cash or else threaten to withhold care, even if what you owe is a simple $40 copay. . .I definitely had doubts about their qualifications -- what kind of provider would tolerate their front office doing these thingsl??? They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. They definitely favor certain clients, I've never heard any of the Fairport or Pittsford clients complain of such treatment as I received. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me, and trust me, if you owe them $40 dollars they definitely will not like you!I or help you!! I'd rather get no treatment than be treated like some kind of common criminal over a MISCALCULATION that occurred when Elaine held onto a check for so long that I thought it had already been processed a long time ago.
