Hi Deb, What an unsual surprise to hear from you! This business must be a nice part-time hobby for you. But I am confused, who actually is responsible for the condo Daryl and The SNT bought for me? I spent 2 years doing all of the foot work to find a home to buy. And all Daryl had to do was look over the financials with the real estate agent before closing. Why didn't he bother to have this property inspected? My inheritance put in your Special Needs Trust paid 83,500.00 for this property. I called the County for an assessment and the retail value for it is 64,400.00. Who do you think should be responsible for this?
