I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
