Went there today for help! Recently moved here and needed to continue treatment Ive been successful on for over 30 years. Was met with an aggressive, non embracing professional ( the secretaries were great) who declared she didn't know why I was there, but be clear that until they diagnose me I wasn't getting treatment ( and know that I am fine with them knowing what they are treating before treating me) - She said leave your papers and we will get to you when we can. Well, I have been under doctors care forever and they are all on standby to help me find good care that I can afford. - I needed help, good thing today is a good day and I can make phone calls to find someone in the mental health care field that understands what it means to be Bipolar.

When this Facility was Granite House it offered amazing options for people with mental health issues. The staff were phenom. Now that it's Mosaic, it's not the same.
