I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it.
