Dot was instrumental in helping me to see how negativity was fueling my lack of hope. Her approach was partly psychological and partly practical, and had the goal of getting me to where I could solve life's inevitable problems on my own. She won't keep you coming back endlessly if you don't need it. I wish I would have gone to her sooner. Highly recommended.
