She paid close attention to me and considered all I said. She is very friendly and welcoming, and my very shy 5 year old opened up to her immediately...he even sang in front of her, which he rarely does for me! She is warm and professional, and made the whole experience comfortable. I was very satisfied with my visit. She was helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate.
