One thing I noticed right away about their office was how dirty it was. I'm usually not bothered if everything's not perfectly clean, but it was really dusty and dirty in the office and waiting room. Also the furniture looked like it came from a garage sale. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the counselor was abrupt and rude, and acted like I was bothering her. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel like a bother. It's my opinion that they are just in business to make lots of money, and not to help people. I didn't feel welcome there. Every time I had a session I had to remind the counselor why I'm there and what happened last time. It made me feel like she doesn't really care about me or listened to me while I'm there.

As having been a client of the primary therapist and owner of this business for a lengthy period of time, I would discourage anyone seeking quality and competent mental health care to avoid this place at all costs. My experience was extremely negative and I received absolutely no help with my problems.
