They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
