Located in Akwesasne, NY the facility features over 29,000 square feet of fitness experience. With a workout floor of over 7,000 square feet featuring state of the art treadmills, elliptical, stair climbers, stationary bikes, free weights and nautilus machines; Heart to Heart has the ideal equipment for everyone. The gym features full locker rooms with showers, tanning machines, personal training, personal massage, group fitness classes, racquetball courts and a 1/10 of a mile indoor track on the 2nd floor overlooking the facility.
