I called today to inquire about a membership to the facility. I was trying to explain my situation to lady on the phone. She completely cut me off stating that "she did not care about all that," just wanted to know when I could meet her. The staff there is so rude and unfriendly! I would never sign a two year contract with someone so rude. I was very disappointed. I would advise everyone I know to avoid to step in there. I truely feel that if you can't carry on a conversation with me, that you probably would not care about me, my health, or anyyhing else. It was actually going to be out of my way to go to this gym, but I believe in making sure my money contributes to local buisness. However, I have never been treated so terrible. I guess I'm going to Snap fitness where it is on my way, and the people at least pretend to care.
