Gave one star because that was the lowest rating available. I joined the fitness facility hoping it could offer me what I was looking for, mainly in terms of exercise programming in the classes offered. Additionally, we attempted (several times) to book kids swim classes and got not reply JCC. Ultimately, I was greatly dissatisfied with the offerings of the club and classes and communicated this to the membership department once I initiated my cancellation process. I was hoping they would provide at least some level of concession on the cancellation fee (not expecting them to fully waive it, which would be an unreasonable request on my part) in acknowledgement of my dissatisfaction, but they refused (after several pleas to work with me) and charged me the full amount. Their treatment of my situation sent me a clear message...JCC is not concerned with satisfying its customers 100% and they will charge you every penny owed on your way out. I would be very weary of becoming a member of this club, as they obviously put $$ over customer satisfaction.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
