They are more interested in how many sessions you sign up for and less focused on the quality of training. They train 1 hr to the dot. If you are late even by 10 min they refuse to extend the training ever if the trainer is free the next hr. They can cancel on you but you cannot - 24 hr cancellation policy applies then. Too many temp trainers who come and leave at will.
