They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
