Horrible. I specifically went into the office and expressed which plan I did not want, and which one I did, after I did my research online. I was given a horrible plan, once which I am stuck with and cannot get out of until open enrollment commences again in the fall. In addition, none of my current care providers except the insurance plan I was issued by this agent.
