The owner was a mentor of mine and a great comedian at Boy Scout Camp. I think he was an Eagle Scout as I am. So say hi. If he disappoints call me and I will have a man to man with him since I swim faster then he does and am bigger. Probably not as smart but who cares at our age. great guy who will take care of you well. His office is nice and I will stop by there in November when I am in Redlands where I grew up.

I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
