I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
Little did I know, the automated response, YOU deal with it attitude, was what I would get after my first altercation in some 30 years...I've paid State Farm alot of money. Unfortunately AAA was no better with their handling of the matter, and I am still working with Citibank to have charges removed that AAA was covering for their client .....Makes insurance companies look really pathetic. Makes me want to look around for a better price and an agent that doesn;t just let his people handle loyal accounts.
