I called this insurance agent, Phil Sterner in Apple Valley, MN a few weeks. He was very rude to me on the phone and hung up on me. I'm honestly not sure why. I was just calling to ask him a few questions about his business, and what services he offered. I would NEVER recommend this "agent" to anyone.
