I would not recommend this agent to anyone. Four separate times in the last year I had experiences of them telling me about my new rates that I will soon be paying. When I noticed my bill never changed (or I was even charged MORE), I had brought up their past quotes and they always said the same thing "we have no record of that." They are not about the better of the people, they are about making as much money off of their clients as possible. They have constantly told me that no such conversation was had about new rates I qualified for, although I have paper proof. Don't waste your time.

I spoke with Molly over the phone and I have never been treated more rudely or with more contempt by a receptionist at an insurance agency. She refused to answer simple questions and when I did get an answer it turned out to be inaccurate information. I will never do business with this agency again. BEWARE of this agency!
