I researched ACA for months to deteremine the best options for our employees. I had decided on what had seemed the best avenue but nobody could implement it. I called Chip Williams with three days left to get it taken care of so I could leave town for the holidays with no worries. I couldn't believe it when he told me he could get it taken care of in the first two minutes of our conversation. Understand I had gone round and round with many other sources over the course of four months. Happy to tell you he came through and made the process so easy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for the best options in insurance.

They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.
