The best thing I ever did was go here! Worst thing I ever did was stop going due to the distance. So worth the drive. Felt 200% better and lost 20 lbs in a month. Seriously! I felt so energetic and mentally happier than I had ever felt!

The wait time is acceptable to me. The front office is very good about booking enough time for each appointment since this provider is not known to rush. After visiting them I'm completely positive that I'm going to be able to reach my health goals. They are experts, and are entirely committed to helping me. They are so nice and extremely friendly. I was able to relax and really enjoy our session. The staff is wonderful about making a real effort to get me in when I need it. They're so helpful and try hard to be accommodating.
The thing we like the most is we are treated like part of the family and not just another client. We highly recommend Dr. Gower and Nutri-Resource Centre.
