This place has helped my best friend loss 76 lbs so far, my mother 20 in 2 months and myself 15 in 2 months. I didn't need to loose an extreme amount of weight so I am happy with my weight loss. My mother just started going 2 months ago and she is extremely happy and excited her weight loss. My best friend has been going for about a year and is a couple of sizes from her ideal weight. Thank you very much Ms. Julia for assisting with the happiness that has came with our weight loss.
