They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more...... Dr Plummer went out of his way to stay at the office to make sure I could get there after work. I was greeted by his staff who was pleasant and caring for my condition. The wait was under 5 minutes to see the Doctor and he evaluated me thoroughly before doing any adjustments. He was considerate and caring which can be seen by his dog being in the office, the dog was calm mild mannered and was a comfort to have around, kind of like a therapy dog. The office was organized and was full of informative materials. He assisted me with my issue today when my normal doctor couldn't take the time.....Dr Plummer is also a Palmer Graduate which is the ultimate in a chiropractic education.....smart doctor and I have found a new doctor.....
